Lindenmuth Realty is the real estate arm of a Texas-based family office with roots spanning two generations and over 40 years of combined ownership. Through direct acquisition and partnerships with other Texas family offices, we have owned and self-managed more than 1,200,000 square feet of commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property. We know how to underwrite, close, and operate — because we've done all of it ourselves.

Direct Acquisitions

We buy existing income-producing properties with value-add potential. Situations we look for:

  • repositioning or renovation potential
  • liquidity issues, partnership dissolution, disposal of non-core assets
  • properties with excess or undeveloped land attached
  • expiring or above-market financing

LP Investment

We selectively co-invest as an LP with experienced Texas operators running deals that meet our return thresholds. We're not a blind pool — we evaluate each opportunity on its merits and move quickly when the fit is right.
