Lindenmuth Family Holdings is a family office based in Austin, TX. Through various arms, we have owned and self-managed roughly 1,200,000 square feet of office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and multifamily properties, as well as over 600 doors of single-family residential. We partner with other family offices in Austin and have worked on projects together for almost 40 years.

Direct Investment

Existing income producing properties with value add potential:

  • repositioning or renovation potential
  • liquidity issues, partnership dissolution, disposal of non-core assets
  • properties with excess or undeveloped land attached
  • expiring or above-market financing

  • Site plan and/or ALTA survey
  • Current rent roll
  • Current and historical operating statements and occupancy information

LP Investment

  • Investment overview and pro-forma outline
  • 20%+ IRR
  • 2x+ equity multiple
  • 3-5 year hold
  • Minimum ticket size: $250,000 USD
