Lindenmuth Family Holdings is a family office based in Austin, TX. Through various arms, we have owned and self-managed roughly 1,200,000 square feet of office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and multifamily properties, as well as over 600 doors of single-family residential. We partner with other family offices in Austin and have worked on projects together for almost 40 years.

Existing income producing properties with value add potential:
- repositioning or renovation potential
- liquidity issues, partnership dissolution, disposal of non-core assets
- properties with excess or undeveloped land attached
- expiring or above-market financing

- Current and historical operating statements and occupancy information
LP Investment
- Investment overview and pro-forma outline
- 20%+ IRR
- 2x+ equity multiple
- 3-5 year hold
- Minimum ticket size: $250,000 USD
